For a minimum fee of $25,000 and up depending upon the metropolitan area desired/available, National master franchise owners will operate their business in a professional atmosphere.

Master franchise owners will manage their regional office during normal business hours headquartered in an office environment. Their main daily focus will be helping other standard franchise owners get their respective businesses off the ground. For the above mentioned franchise fee, master franchise owners will receive a turnkey package that will include training at the corporate headquarters, and everything necessary to get started developing their respective operating territories.

By properly training our master franchise owners in the art of commercial property cleaning sales and marketing, customer relations, sanitation quality control, accounting (accounts receivable/payable), equipment purchase, etc. our new master franchise business partner can then transfer their expertise to the standard franchise owner in their region.
